We all know Rahm Emmanuel’s famous ‘never let a good crisis go to waste’ line… well it seems they’re not when it comes to the oil gusher in the Gulf of Mexico.

The truth of the matter is, the oil spewing up from the ruptured sea bed is far, far worse than anyone knows. They are grossly under-reporting the barrels-per-day figure, and rightly so. If they were to come clean and tell us what’s really going on, there would be some real action taken. Obama swanning around the Gulf Coast eating seafood is a slap in the face. PR campaigns are a slap in the face. As the oil flows the spin doctors are working harder than ever to turn this to achieve the aims of the globalist agenda.

It is not in America’s best interest to have this thing stopped right now, because it holds the key to getting the new energy policies through and once again pushing the carbon tax scam that is the TOP of the list for globalist bankers, the UN, royalty, traders and corporate scumbags the world over. The lure of a market based on trading carbon is just so juicy and alluring that nothing will stop the oil flow from ushering it in.

Yes, America has plenty of its own oil in Alaska, offshore and in shale that can be safely, effectively and profitably brought to market. But the fact is, this oil is not for us. No, we are going to suffer the crushing blow of subsidized [read more]

First let me say thank you to CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson and San Francisco columnist Debra Saunders, who shed some light on Washington’s Global Warming parties where you, the taxpayer, got to pick up the tab.

21 members of Congress and their 38 staffers each spent $2,200 per person, per day to stay at a five-star hotel. This does not include the 60-plus administration officials who attended the Global Warming Summit in Copenhagen or “House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other members [who] flew on three military planes at an estimated cost of $168,000.” (Debra Saunders, “So Much Wasted Green For Climate-Change Talks,” San Francisco Chronicle, 1/31/10)

How about this fact: Many staffers flew commercial airlines at fares ranging from $4,163 – $10,038 per flight. Yet, the reporter noted that the flights could have been purchased for $800 online.

And how did they handle all the pollution for traveling to Copenhagen… ”the House bought ‘offsets’ for the journey’s emissions.” Of course [read more]

There are tremors being felt across the globe on the issue of climate. There are cracks forming in the field of science. There are political careers hanging in the balance. There is a whole industry holding its breath as we enter the eye of the storm, as Copenhagen has arrived and President Obama pushes on with an agenda that has been a long time in the works.
