Failing To Report, Continuing To Ignore Statutory Rape

Kevin Jennings is a former teacher, who is now President Obama’s “Safe School Czar.”  But how can Mr. Jennings carry out this duty to ensure “student safety,” when he himself failed to report a statutory rape against a 15 year boy and fails to answer questions related to this incident?

While Mr. Jennings contends there no evidence that he was aware the student had sex with the older man, a newly released audio tape of a talk he gave to the Iowa chapter of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network contradict his claims.

In the audio tape Mr. Jennings notes that he offered advice to the 15 year boy, to make sure “to use a condom” when he as with the older man.

According to newspaper reports, the Obama Administration and Mr. Jennings have refused to answer any questions.
